WELLNESS AT WORK

How to accompany and develop your employees' potential

Happiness at work is a recent but growing concern. We are more and more talking about well-being, recognition, commitment ... simply because a happy employee is generally more effective.
If the goal of the organization is to be successful and effective, the goal of the human being is to be happy. How to reconcile happiness and performance for a win-win approach?

"What is happiness?" "The feeling that power is growing - that resistance is overcome."" Friedrich Nietzsche

SERVICES

LUNCH BREAK ACTIVITIES

Anyone in good shape and in good health works better and with pleasure. When health professionals recommend more physical activity outside the workplace, and as schedules keep filling, I suggest to tackle this problem at the root: at work.

Lunch break is often an opportunity for employees to give themselves the time they do not have outside working hours. Offer them activities that allow them to relax and put their bodies in motion while acquiring tools of body awareness, so that they are more aware of their needs.

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING AT WORK

Nowadays, it is not easy to balance professional and personal life and schedules are more and more loaded. Flexibility at work is a result of this concern and tries to find solutions to respond to this new way of living.

Providing the opportunity for your employees to consult directly at their workplace will allow them to have a space of reconnection with themselves in all confidentiality.

Whether for a one-off support, to help overcome a suffering or a relationship problem in the professional or personal area, therapeutic support allows to take distance to find constructive solutions for oneself and others.

It makes possible to highlight the construction of the reality in which each patient participates and which makes him suffer. By becoming aware of it, he can then understands his own influence on others and his dysfunctional attempts to find a healthier way of being in relationship.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS

3h

Opt for an experimental and participative approach first and foremost: knowledge is transformed into awareness only when it is experienced internally.

By listening to the messages of our body and our environment, such as physical or relationship problems, fears, etc., we are brought back to respect ourselves and others. These messages help us to become aware of the causes of our blockages in order to transform them to find:

· On the physical level: more energy and vitality

· On the emotional level: motivation, better relationships, autonomy

· On the mental level: the understanding, the knowledge and the methods to create our professional life rather than to undergo it

The experimental approach allows participants to find solutions on their own thanks to a better knowledge of themselves.

TAILOR-MADE WORKSHOPS

If you identify a specific concern in your teams to which you wish to bring a new vision, I create for you workshops including the body-mind approach.

WHO AM I ?

I have always been passionate about human thematics, that's why I chose to study human resources and communication and worked for several years in the industry as an HR actor: skills management, recruitment, mobility , ... I then completed my degree in sustainability and corporate social responsibility, always thirsty to discover and understand human beings and bring a new vision to society.

After becoming a mother, therapy caught my attention, personal therapy first to better understand myself and then a professional reconversion for getting more and more passionate and involved in the learning, finding progressively more answers to human behaviour.

By conducting body-mind workshops for groups and during my individual consultations, I realized that many professional themes emerged, with work taking up more and more space in our lives. Suffering at work struck me the most: relationship conflicts, stress management, excessive control or difficulties to balance professional and personal life. That's why I decided to open and adapt my approach to introduce self-awareness within organizations, because it is when everyone takes back responsibility in their relationships that light is made and that we can work together in a healthier way.

MY APPROACH

The majority suffering cases at work arise from a relationship problem, whether with the organization, with a department, a line manager or a colleague. We all build our armor since we are children to protect ourselves from rejection and suffering and we continue to use it sometimes in an unsuitable context and where the danger exists only in our representation of reality. Coming out of this armor, we are truly in relationship, without that wall that separates us from the other and then we can really move forward.

What I propose is a well-being approach in business dedicated to the humans who compose it, not to forget that they are simply human. And as humans, they need to reconnect with themselves to offer their true potential, not that expected by the organization in search of performance, but that which allows them to perform well without suffering, being just happy to be. Each of the activities I propose, whether in the form of lunchtime activities, training workshops or individual counseling, all have the same goal: to develop self-awareness. To see oneself, to observe oneself, to emerge from automatisms in order to be able to open up one's vision of oneself, others, and organization. And when we open our vision, what was perceived as a threat can be seen as an opportunity for growth for oneself, others, and the organization.

My approach is based on an active and involving pedagogy of the participants, on the use of the body as a tool of self-knowledge and on the use of the two brains, namely the rational and the emotional, to get out of the traditional training patterns. Knowledge is only transformed into real understanding and awareness once it is experienced internally. By being not only intellectual, but also emotional and physical, it becomes integral, and the individual feels fuller. This is called well-being.
